We offer an authenticity guarantee for all of our products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds must be initiated within 45 days of purchase date.
Our Direct-To-Dealer payment structure is what allows us to obtain our extremely competitive price pints for our clients. When a order is confirmed, a down payment is first charged in order to initiate the transaction; this is done to reserve your item and to expedite the shipping process. Once the down payment is confirmed, an invoice for the remainder of the price will be sent to be paid by bank wire/ach transfer. Once the payment is received, your order will ship within 2 business days.
